Who and what is LIKKADA?
LIKKADA isn't just a shop—we're also a sailing project with a mission. Our products are inspired by our experiences at sea and carry the idea of responsible adventure forward.

How can I become part of your sailing crew or community?
It's easy: Follow us on Instagram , subscribe to our newsletter , and stay up to date on cruise offers, events, and crew calls. Our community is open to everyone who enjoys adventure, sharing ideas, and sustainable sailing—whether you're a beginner or a seasoned sailor.
What is special about your trips?
Our cruises are more than just a vacation: They're communal, sustainable, and full of stories. We sail with people, not for tourists – everyone pitches in, we learn from each other, cook together, and experience nature intensely. No frills, but with plenty of soul.
How can I go sailing with you?
All information about our current trips, sailing opportunities, and registration can be found at www.likkada.eu . There you can also apply directly to become a crew member or learn more about our route and the project.
📦 Order & Shipping
How long does shipping take?
Shipping within Germany usually takes 4–8 business days. Orders to other European countries take a little longer – approximately 4–14 business days, depending on the country.
Items that need to be embroidered may take a little longer.
We are constantly working to improve our delivery times and processes.
Which shipping service provider delivers?
Where possible, we ship climate-neutrally with DHL GoGreen. This ensures your package reaches you safely and in an environmentally friendly manner.
How much are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs are automatically calculated during checkout and are free for orders over a certain value – you can find details in your shopping cart or in our shipping information.
Do you also ship internationally?
Yes! We ship within the EU – if you would like to order from another country, please let us know in advance.
How can I track my order?
As soon as your package is on its way, you will receive an email with your tracking information.
🔁 Returns and exchanges
How does the return work?
You have 14 days to return your order. Simply contact us via the contact form or email, and we'll send you all the return instructions.
Can I exchange an item?
Of course – if the size doesn't fit or you'd prefer a different color, just contact us. We'll find a solution together. NOTE: Some items are custom-made for you and are therefore non-returnable. Please contact us anyway, and we'll try to find a solution.
Who bears the return costs?
As the buyer, you are responsible for the return shipping costs. We ask for your understanding – we want to promote conscious consumerism and avoid unnecessary returns.
How long does the refund take?
Once we have inspected your return (usually within 5 business days), we will refund you using your original payment method.

How do your T-shirts/hoodies fit?
Our products vary in size. You can find more information on the individual product pages.
Where are your products produced?
Our textiles come from responsible production – primarily in Europe and certified factories worldwide. We focus on fair conditions and sustainable materials.
Our products are printed and embroidered by leading companies in Germany to ensure the best quality.
What materials do you use?
We mostly use organic cotton (e.g. GOTS-certified), recycled fibers or blended fabrics with a focus on durability and environmental compatibility.
Are your products sustainable/certified?
Yes – many of our products are GOTS, OEKO-TEX, or PETA certified. We pay careful attention to materials, supply chains, and fair trade in every collection.
🌿 Sustainability & Philosophy
What does sustainability mean at LIKKADA?
For us, sustainability isn't a trend, but the reason LIKKADA exists in the first place. We reduce emissions, focus on fair production, invest in ocean conservation, and make our community part of the solution.
What are you doing to protect the oceans?
A portion of our proceeds goes to projects that promote healthy oceans – for example, through clean-ups, research or educational work in coastal communities.
What happens with the proceeds? (e.g., support for projects?)
With every purchase, you not only support fair textile production, but also our sailing project and our sustainable mission. We invest a portion in social and ecological projects along our route.

How quickly do you respond to inquiries?
Usually within 24 to 48 hours on business days. If it takes longer, we might be at sea right now—but we'll definitely get back to you!
Do you have a store or do you only sell online?
Our products are currently only available online – but perhaps soon at events or pop-up stores.

What payment methods do you offer?
You can pay with PayPal, credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Klarna – secure and easy.
Can I buy or redeem vouchers?
Yes! Our vouchers are the perfect gift for sailing enthusiasts – digitally via email or as a beautiful printout to give as a gift. If you have any special requests, please contact us!
How does the discount campaign work (e.g. newsletter discount)?
Sign up for our newsletter and receive a one-time discount code for your first order. Simply enter the code during checkout.
